Dr. Monique Earl-Lewis is an Associate Professor of Africana Studies and the Founding Director of the Faculty Development, Teaching and Advising Center at Morehouse College. With over 30 years in academic and student affairs, she combines her expertise in African-centered organizational psychology with cutting-edge technologies and culturally relevant practices. Dr. Earl-Lewis uses data-driven methods to enhance psycho-social and cultural development, focusing on identity, career, and well-being. She is an innovative leader and currently serves as Co-Director of the Mellon Humanities for All Times Movement, Memory and Justice Grant, Lead Faculty for the TSUMERLOT OER Cultural Collection, and Principal Investigator for the Morehouse-Apple HBCU C2 Regional Hub, which promotes tech careers for underrepresented communities.
