Ms. Smalls oversees the day-to-day operations of the MMJ project, ensuring smooth execution of various initiatives. Ms. Smalls collaborates closely with the Principal Investigator, Project Director, and Co-Director to manage project activities, travel arrangements, conferences, and other key events.

As the main point of contact, she facilitates interactions among the schools within the Atlanta University Center (AUC) and with community partners, striving to maintain consistency and alignment with the project's goals. Her work reflects the priorities outlined in the MMJ grant narrative and the directives of the Principal Investigator, Project Director, Co-Director, and Advisory Board.
